I Am Ashok Vasu

I am a student filmmaker based in Subang Jaya. Currently pursuing a degree in Digital Film Production at Sunway University, I hope to connect with like-minded artists and filmmakers during my time here.

I have a deep interest in the collaborative process of filmmaking and working with actors. Though my main experience is in writing and producing, I hope to pursue more directorial opportunities.

Alongside almost 100 other student filmmakers, I produced the anthology film Made In Subang (2024) which is available to watch on YouTube. Working on this project was an unparalleled experience for me as I was able to learn so much about every part of the filmmaking process.
